Swedish Massage is the most common type of massage for relaxation. Muscles are kneaded, smoothed and lengthened using firm but gentle strokes and passive stretching.  Vibration and moving of the limbs may also be used to relax and release muscle tension. The benefits of swedish massage include calming the nervous system, increasing circulation, lowering blood pressure, improving immune function and overall well-being. 

The benefits of myofascial and trigger point release are astounding and I usually incorporate these techniques into each massage. It is common to feel noticeably better after just one session.
